2. What information do we collect?

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, selected service, company registration status, and the information you include in your message. We also receive the date and time of the submission and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the form.

3. Why do we collect it?

We will not use a website enquiry to add you to marketing communications unless you separately choose to receive them.

4. Is providing the information voluntary?

Yes. You do not have to submit either form. However, we need your name, email address, message and acknowledgement of this notice to respond through the website. You can contact us by telephone or WhatsApp instead.

5. Who may receive the information?

We may also use email, hosting and professional service providers where necessary to respond or deliver an approved service. Information may be shared with CIPC, SARS or another authority only when needed for a service you have asked us to perform, when you have authorised it, or when the law requires it.

6. Processing outside South Africa

Some technology providers, including hosting and email providers, may process information in other countries. Where this applies, we use established service providers and take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that appropriate contractual and security protections are in place.

7. How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiries and related records only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide an approved service, resolve a dispute, or meet legal and accounting requirements. Netlify form submissions are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed.

8. How do we protect it?

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, restrict access to people who need the information, and review the third-party services used to collect and store submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we act promptly if we become aware of a security concern.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your personal information, request access to it, ask us to correct or delete inaccurate or unnecessary information, or object to particular processing.
